# The Roles

* Contributors — provide datasets or GPU compute.
* Data Validators (validation workers) — stake $MTHX and form randomized committees to screen datasets (license, anomaly, duplication), then approve/reject.
* Training Validators (compute providers) — run training jobs and co‑sign the model update for a round.
* Stakers — bond $MTHX to secure validator roles (deterring Sybils) and share rewards. A minimum stake (e.g., 100,000 $MTHX) can be required and is set by governance.
* Governance (DAO) — vote on parameters (reward split, stake thresholds, committee sizes), upgrades, and treasury spend.
